IASE MISSION STATEMENT

 It is the Mission of the International Association of Service Evaluators to Provide Knowledge, Education and Objective Information regarding Customer Service Data Gathering Services, Methods and Practices to Client Businesses, Service Evaluators, Shoppers and Schedulers, and to Foster the Development of Improvements in the Technology and Methods employed in the Gathering, Analysis, Presentation and Use of Customer Service Data throughout the World.
